Who this covers

YourGM is operated by AgentProd, Inc.. This policy covers yourgm.app and the YourGM application. Where a business uses YourGM to run its own operations, that business is the controller of its customer data and YourGM acts as its processor, handling that information only to deliver the service.

What we collect

From business owners. Your name, business name, contact details and the settings you configure, including opening hours, services, staff and the facts you authorise YourGM to share with your customers.

From your connected systems. Only what the service needs to do the work you have asked for: appointments, jobs, invoices, messages, documents and reviews from the tools you choose to connect.

From your customers. When YourGM answers your phone line or replies to a text, it processes the phone number, the contents of that conversation and any photos sent, so it can respond and record what happened.

From this website. Standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

How we use it

To operate the service: to answer calls and messages, prepare and complete work, keep records of what was done, and show you an activity trail you can audit. We also use aggregate, non-identifying information to keep the service reliable and improve quality.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Messages, calls and consent

Automated messages sent through YourGM identify themselves as an automated assistant, and every customer can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Once someone opts out, the system will not send them further messages. Calls answered by YourGM are transcribed so the conversation can be actioned and recorded, and callers are told this at the start of the call.

Businesses using YourGM are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact their own customers.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of providers to deliver the service, including a telephony provider for calls and messages, cloud hosting for the application and its backups, and a model provider for language processing. Each receives only what is necessary for its function.

Security and retention

Credentials are stored encrypted, access to the application requires authentication, and backups are encrypted before they leave the server. We keep information for as long as the business uses the service, and delete or return it on request when an account closes.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Customers of a business using YourGM should contact that business first, since it controls its own records; we will support any request it makes of us.
